In the first episode of the series, Aditya Sharma, a cab driver from a middle-class family, is introduced. After finishing work, he had planned to meet up with his buddies at a bar. However, a foul-mouthed woman sat in his cab and kept changing locations, which put all of his nighttime plans in jeopardy. They later discovered that they were both alumni of the same college. Because of the woman’s mood swings, it is obvious that she is a drug addict. Later it was found that the woman’s name was Sanaya Rath.

One questioned what would actually happen in the season as the premise of the programme was essentially disclosed in the trailer itself. But such worries were unfounded.
