JL50 Web Series Storyline
A Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) official named Shantanu is requested to look into an aircraft disaster that occurred in a remote region of West Bengal. A terrorist gang has kidnapped a plane carrying several dignitaries, according to breaking news. The CBI first believes that the hijacked airliner is the identical one that crashed. Shantanu and his colleague Gaurango are perplexed to learn that Flight JL50, which vanished 35 years prior, was the wrecked aircraft. Shantanu still believes that this has been faked even though a lot of evidence shows that the jet is genuinely 35 years old. Two people survived the disaster when the cockpit separated from the main plane and crashed independently. All of the other passengers perished.
JL50 Web Series Release and OTT Response
On September 4, 2020, Sony Liv debuted the sci-fi thriller online television miniseries JL50, which is an Indian production in the Hindi language. There was a tonne of information, and the actors were talented enough to carry a more intricate production. It doesn’t seem like a good idea to crunch something as complicated as JL50 in only 4 episodes. I’m aware that the sharpness factor was at work. This slows down the show’s pacing as well.

JL50 Web Series Review
A huge aeroplane that towers over a bunch of youngsters playing football is shown in the opening scene of JL50. According to the BGM, it crashed. As the investigation progresses and news of the catastrophe spreads, the focus of the show has mostly been on the victims. The first layer, which JL50 contains several of, is this.
In terms of exposing sci-fi fantasy to the Indian public, the programme represents a huge stride. Professor Das, played by Pankaj Kapur, discusses quantum physics simply using the topic of time travel. Actually, that is among the finest show sequences.
It’s good that the programme has layers. However, the transitional vehicle is not present. You change your perspective so abruptly and randomly that events don’t affect you as much as they should. When we got to the “time travel” portion, I wasn’t sure if it was genuine or just a metaphor.
Let’s just refrain from using performers like Rajesh Sharma, whose talent is remarkable, as comedic relief. I just have memories of Sharma making jokes about his wife despite the fact that he portrays a CBI officer.
