Anu, an ethical hacker, lives with her elderly father, who has Alzheimer’s, and a housekeeper. With the assistance of her friend Malar, Anu does contract work for the police department upgrading the FIRs to computers. They discover one lovely day that a system hacking attempt has been made, and one by one their systems are frozen. Anu, on the other hand, is trying to sell the family’s old home but is having trouble since her father is adamantly refusing to sign the necessary paperwork. When he does not take his medication, her father is often spotted chatting to someone and has a want to finish one narrative before passing away.

November Story Web Series Release and OTT Response

An online series for the streaming service Disney+ Hotstar was announced in November 2019 by Vikatan Televistas, the television division of the Tamil magazine Ananda Vikatan. On October 24, 2020, as part of the introduction of their Tamil-language original content for the platform, Disney+ Hotstar published the series’ trailer. The series is about a renowned mystery writer who is battling Alzheimer’s disease and continually forgets things and the people around him. He lives with his daughter, who is now engaged in a hacking project at the neighborhood police department. The ill author unintentionally becomes embroiled in a murder but has no memory of the evening or how he ended up there with the corpse on a precise day in November. Fortunately, his daughter arrives to the crime scene before anybody else and carries him back, erasing any potential proof of his attendance.

Many people would undoubtedly be motivated to try it as soon as possible by the captivating plot. Unfortunately, the show doesn’t use the premise to its fullest potential; instead, it focuses more on the parallel stories, squandering a significant opportunity.

However, the show also has a lot of implausible and spooky scenes, such as the funeral scene and the night scene at the station. While the first few episodes are still suspenseful, the latter few appear to be dragged out needlessly, leading to a series that is undeveloped and might have been far better as a taught investigative thriller.
