Storyline

By dispersing a deadly substance into water bodies and igniting a pandemic, the enemies of India aid a neighboring nation in the launch of a biological war. To find twenty conspirators, a professor asks Sarvashreshth Shesh Naagin for assistance.

In order to enter the wedding of the Gujral family brothers Rishabh and Ritesh and attempt to kill their father Lalit Gujral, one of the twenty conspirators, Naagin Mahek pretends to be the security in charge while her younger sister Sarvashreshth Shesh Naagin Pratha enters as a worker and kills Mr. Kataria, another conspirator. After falling in love with Pratha, Ritesh calls off his wedding to Rhea in order to wed Pratha. When Rishabh discovers that Pratha was planning to marry him, he shoots Ritesh and replaces him. Lalit Gujral poses as having memory loss in order to deceive Pratha.
