Bliss Movie Storyline
Greg Wittle daydreams and draws throughout his work hours. Greg’s wallet malfunctions when he gets summoned to his boss’s office and leaves his wallet on his desk. Greg murders his boss by mistake after being fired and hides the corpse before leaving the workplace for the pub across the street.
He encounters Isabel at the bar, who looks to be aware of his actions. She talks about how she built this universe and how it has had unanticipated repercussions. She telekinetic abilities makes Greg’s boss’s death appear like a suicide after Greg performs her a favour. A wandering lady comes from nowhere many times after they leave the bar. Isabel brings Greg to a tented area after she sells Greg’s mobile phone. She gives him yellow crystals and teaches him how to use telekinesis to influence the universe.
He witnesses police arrest the bully after an encounter at a roller rink in which he and Isabel telekinetically trip the bully, only to find himself in the back of the squad vehicle. Greg is let free, and his daughter Emily goes on the hunt for him.

Bliss Movie Box Office Collection
In June 2019, it was revealed that Owen Wilson and Salma Hayek have joined the cast of the picture, which would be directed by Mike Cahill from a script he created and distributed by Amazon Studios. Based on a twenty-minute proposal, Cahill was able to cast the two principal actors before they had ever viewed the screenplay.
In June of this year, principal shooting started in Los Angeles. Split and the Croatian island of Lopud were also used for filming. Morcheeba lead vocalist Skye Edwards played the song ‘You and I,’ which is included on the soundtrack. Amazon Prime Video released the film on February 5, 2021.

Bliss Movie Review
This cryptic crossword of a movie fails to connect on an emotional connection, despite all of the academic problems it presents. We’re never interested in Greg and Isabel’s connection, no matter what universe they’re in. Emily’s urgent search for her father’s whereabouts seems like an afterthought. Cahill tries to add thriller aspects to the mix, but the consequences are so contrived that no tension is produced, as in his past works.
Wilson’s affable, everyday character is ideal for the part, enabling viewers to empathise with Greg’s perplexed position. While Hayek is good as her doctor, she overacts as the mystical homeless lady, making it seem as if she’s rehearsing for the eccentric medium Madame Arcati in Blithe Spirit.
Bliss has great technical features, such as well-executed production design and videography that perfectly distinguish the two worlds in which the main protagonists live. But, despite the film’s inventiveness, it’s difficult not to feel like we’ve been down this Matrix-esque path before. You start to wonder why Greg doesn’t just wear the stupid line.
